General Terms of Use for InvestPortal.Eu

1. There are two kinds of memberships.

• The free membership.
• The premium membership.

2. The free membership:

• Users may publish announcement without limits.
• Advertisements added by free users are displayed without giving the address data.
• Users can not send their contact details (Phone, FAX, E-Mail, URL, etc.) in private messages.

3. The premium membership:

• Users may publish announcement without limits.
• Advertisements added by premium users are displayed with full contact details.
• Announcements appear at the beginning of a search list for 3 months and are highlighted in yellow.
• Premium users can see the contact details of all advertisements.
• Premium users can see the contact details of all received private messages from other users.

4. Do not post any contact information in the advertisements.

5. Furthermore must not be published any endangering adolescence, radical, racist, pornographic or dubious content of any kind as well as content of glorification of violence.

6. We reserve the right to delete entries, with or without giving reasons. This may happen whensoever:
* given contacts (Phone, FAX, E-Mail, URL, etc.)

7. The owner of the portal, the European Investment (London) Ltd is not responsible for the content of advertisements and private messages.

8. Using the services InvestPortal.Eu constitutes acceptance of the rules.
