We are a joint stock company which owns a plot of 14 702 m2,just 4 km from the centre of Riga.The plan is to develop multifuntional construction,including both living and administrative premises and trade center complexes. But it could also be a concert-hall, warehouse or factory, as there is good and easy accessibility via car, tram, trolley-bus, bus and railway.
We would like to sell the whole plot, but we are also interested in working together with investors.
